The dining table has seating for eight. The sofa bed is a metal framed, good quality “Ektorp” sofa bed made by IKEA. It is 1.4 m (4ft 7in) wide and extremely easy to put up and down.

The kitchen is fully fitted with granite worktops, ample storage space and fully equipped with ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, teapot, coffee pot and an ample supply of glasses, crockery and cutlery etc. Ironing board, iron and a large clothes airer are also supplied.

The apartment is on the ground floor with a large private garden that has beautiful views of the “Sierra del Cuera” Mountains. The garden is south -west facing and a real suntrap. It has a large terrace with a table and eight chairs and two sunloungers. There is also a large communal garden suitable for playing ball games etc.

There is a parking space in the basement garage.
